Homepage (English)

Welcome at the homepage of family Seng. We live in the middle of Germany in a town called Marbach. Marbach is situated near Fulda - about 120 km (75 miles) northeast of Frankfurt.

This is the only English site of our homepage. Unfortunately I have not enough time to translate all pages from German into English. But with the help of this site you can learn what information you can find on the other pages. I you have any questions: Email us!

We did a little family research. Our ancestors lived in the area of the Rhoen mountain range. We traced them back to the 16th century. Look here!
Please note: In my ancestral list the data before 1629 are not quite reliable because they do not come from churchbooks but from military records and homage registers.
Unfortunately I have not enough time yet for further research. I hope it will be possible some years later.

We like the montains. That's why we hike in the Alps every year one time at least. So we can recommend some beautiful hiking tours. (Most of them takes 4 days.)
